The
purchaser may wish to supply power to the transmitter system from existing
power sources and not purchase a solar charging system for the mast. In such
cases, the purchaser must supply cable to deliver 13.8 Volts to the transmitter
on the mast.

The
purchaser is responsible for supplying their own mast. We recommend the
transmitter be mounted at least 20 meters high on your mast, higher if possible.
Sharing a mast with other equipment such as the Wantok FM radio is not a
problem. No interference should occur.

The radiation of the signal with this system operates using spread spectrum
technology in the 2.4 GHZ range. In most jurisdictions this does not require a
license to operate. If the purchaser's jurisdiction does require a license it
is the responsibility of the purchaser.

All
regulatory compliance, Customs Fees, Brokerage Fees or other charges levied by
entry governments or agencies are the responsibility of the purchaser,
including release and clearance of all items through customs.

The
purchaser may wish to have more local down converters and less fringe area down
converters or vice versa. Any combination is available at the prices quoted
above.

The
Solar system is based on 4 hours of transmission time daily for a central
African location. Any extension of the operating hours and dependant upon
location may result in a change in either number of solar panels or number of
storage batteries for the solar system with a corresponding change in cost.

Assembly
of your station and ordering of components commences upon receipt of a firm
purchaser order. Shipment occurs upon receipt of payment. Payment may be made
